Welcome to the EIRŽ Professional Development Program! Before I tell you about the EIRŽ Internet program, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Barbara Taylor, and I am a professor at the University of Minnesota where I have been teaching for the past 22 years. My passion is working with struggling readers and their teachers. During the school year, I try to get out to elementary buildings one morning a week to visit classrooms and to read with children.
