Using the EIRŽ Program - Training Schedule (Program Outline)
The EIRŽ Professional Development Program is a 9-month course of study which is meant to be completed in a group setting as teachers are using EIRŽ with their struggling readers for the first time. I have been providing EIRŽ year-long training according to this model for the past 12 years. With the help of many teachers, I continue to work on improving the training as well as the EIRŽ program itself.
