The content for this internet-based version of the EIRŽ Professional Development Program is delivered though a combination of text, video, and audio and reinforced through group meetings. Each building should identify an EIRŽ facilitator who will set up the meetings and fulfill other coordinator-type roles (See Module 16 for a description of the facilitator responsibilities.) In addition, an EIRŽ trainer who is experienced in teaching EIRŽ will meet with your group via a 20-30 minute conference call at the end of each session to answer questions which the group members aren't able to answer collectively on their own. Of course, you will need to find a time to meet as a group that also works for your EIRŽ trainer.
